27+ of the World’s Most Beautiful Cities to See at Least Once in Your Lifetime🌎

From historic cobbled squares to modern soaring skylines, here are the world’s most beautiful cities to add to your Travel Bucket List today.
Some travelers chase beaches. Others chase cities.
The kind with layers of history, iconic landmarks, legendary food scenes, and nightlife that doesn’t call it a night early.
A city where you can spend all day exploring museums, neighborhoods, and backstreets — then head straight into cocktails, rooftop views, and late dinners without ever feeling bored.
Let’s be honest. Most “most beautiful cities” lists play it safe. Paris, Rome, maybe New York, and then they call it a day.
Note: This post may contain affiliate links. If you choose to book through these links, I receive a small commission, which I will undoubtedly blow on more flights (it’s a vicious cycle). All of this internet voodoo takes place at no additional cost to you.
But you’re not here for predictable. You’re here for cities that feel beautiful — visually, culturally, emotionally. Cities that leave you buzzing long after you’ve gone home.
Cities that make you think, I need to come back here.
Even better. What if I moved here?
After traveling around the world for more than a decade, I’ve been lucky enough to visit every single city on this list. And while they’re all wildly different, they share one thing in common — they’re unforgettable.
If you love city vacations filled with history, world-class attractions, great restaurants, and nights that stretch longer than planned, this list is for you.
These aren’t just pretty cities. They’re bucket-list cities.
Grab your passport and let’s dive in.
1. Hong Kong

Hong Kong is one of those cities that hits you all at once. Neon lights. Soaring skyscrapers. Ancient temples tucked between luxury malls. It’s chaotic, cinematic, and endlessly fascinating.
Few cities in the world balance old and new with this much ease. One minute you’re riding the Star Ferry with Victoria Harbour glittering around you, the next you’re wandering through incense-filled temples or slurping noodles at a hole-in-the-wall that’s been perfecting the same dish for decades.
Take the tram up to Victoria Peak for unforgettable views over Hong Kong Island. And don’t miss the nightly Symphony of Lights show where a laser light show dance across the skyscrapers that line the harbour. It happens promptly at 8:00pm every night and is one of the best free things to do in Hong Kong..
Easy Day Trips: Macau (Asia’s answer to Las Vegas), Lantau Island, Tai O fishing village, Lamma Island, or Lantau’s Big Buddha.
Pro Tip: Ride the Star Ferry at night. It’s cheap, iconic, and one of the best skyline views in the world.
Where to Stay: The Upper House Hong Kong for sleek luxury. But I always recommend a hotel on the Kowloon side like the InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong for jaw-dropping views across Victoria Harbour and the best view of the Symphony of Lights.

2. Sydney

Sydney proves that a city vacation doesn’t have to mean sacrificing outdoor beauty. This is a place where world-famous landmarks and laid-back beach culture somehow coexist perfectly.
Between the Sydney Opera House and sparkling harbor, the city delivers postcard moments at every turn. Add in a Bucket List climb up the Sydney Harbour Bridge and a visit to the Taronga Zoo and you’ve got an itinerary full of adventures.
Add in a thriving food scene, buzzing nightlife, and some of the best urban beaches in the world, and it’s easy to see why Sydney earns its spot on any travel bucket list.
Easy Day Trips: Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley wine region, or Manly Beach by ferry.
Pro Tip: Walk the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Trail early in the morning, then reward yourself with brunch by the water.
Where to Stay: Park Hyatt Sydney for unbeatable harbor views or The Old Clare Hotel for something trendier and more local-feeling.

3. Amsterdam

Amsterdam is proof that beauty doesn’t have to shout. This city charms quietly, with graceful canals, crooked houses, and a rhythm that encourages you to slow down and look around.
It’s one of Europe’s most walkable and bike-friendly cities, which makes exploring feel effortless. You’ll drift from world-class museums to cozy cafés to historic neighborhoods without ever feeling rushed.
By night, Amsterdam flips the switch. Candlelit bars, buzzing nightlife, and an edge that keeps things interesting. It’s cultured, cool, and just rebellious enough to stay exciting.
Easy Day Trips: Zaanse Schans windmills, Haarlem, Volendam, or Keukenhof in spring.
Pro Tip: Skip peak afternoon crowds at the Anne Frank House and book the earliest time slot available.
Where to Stay: Pulitzer Amsterdam for classic canal-house elegance or Hotel Estheréa for colorful, boutique charm right on the water.

4. Venice

Venice doesn’t need an introduction. It’s one of the most visually stunning cities on Earth, and yes, it’s every bit as magical as you imagine.
Built on water, threaded together by canals instead of roads, Venice feels like a place that shouldn’t exist. And yet, it does. Palaces rise straight from the lagoon. Gondolas glide past Renaissance facades.
Even getting lost here feels romantic.
But, fair warning, Venice gets packed in the popular summer months. The key to loving it is to step away from the main arteries. Do that, and you’ll find quiet corners and moments that remind you why this city has inspired travelers for centuries.
Easy Day Trips: Murano, Burano, Torcello, or Verona by train.
Pro Tip: Spend the night. Venice after dark is an entirely different experience.
Where to Stay: Hotel Danieli for classic Italian grandeur or Ca’ Sagredo for art-filled luxury right on the Grand Canal.

5. Honolulu

Honolulu is one of the rare cities where world-class urban energy meets postcard-worthy natural beauty. In the district of Waikiki, skyscrapers rise just steps from the Pacific Ocean and iconic Waikiki Beach.
But I’m probably biased. Thanks to my husband’s last job transfer, we’ve been Honolulu residents for several years now. And, aside from the ridiculous everyday cost of living on a remote island, it’s pretty darn amazing.
Beyond Waikiki, Honolulu is packed with rich Hawaiian history, excellent food, and even the only royal palace in the United States – Iolani Palace.
Few capitals in the world let you hike a volcanic crater, surf famous waves, and explore cultural sites (like the incredible Bishop Museum), all in the same day. Bonus: We have pretty fabulous Mai Tais here, too!
Easy Day Trips: North Shore beaches, Kualoa Ranch, and Pearl Harbor are all must-sees.
Pro Tip: Get out of Waikiki at least once. There’s so much more to Oahu than just Honolulu and Waikiki.
Where to Stay: Halekulani for refined beachfront luxury or The Royal Hawaiian for classic island glamour at Waikiki’s “Pink Palace of the Pacific.”

6. Dubai

Dubai is bold, ambitious, and unapologetically over the top. This is a city that decided to build the future in the desert and somehow pulled it off.
You’ll find record-breaking skyscrapers, ultra-luxury hotels, and nightlife that rivals any global capital. But Dubai isn’t just flash. Beneath the glamour is a fascinating blend of cultures, from traditional souks to historic neighborhoods along Dubai Creek.
On my first trip around the world, I added Dubai to my itinerary just so I could experience one night at the luxurious Burj Al Arab Hotel (considered the world’s only “7-star” hotel). It was the most money I’d ever spent on a single hotel night and it was totally worth it.

If you love a city that always has something new to see, Dubai delivers nonstop. From the opulent Mall of the Emirates to the tallest building in the world (the Burj Khalifa), it’s a city that constantly reinvents itself and invites you along for the ride.
Easy Day Trips: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain oasis, or a desert safari just outside the city.
Pro Tip: Visit the desert on a half-day safari to see a completely different side of the city.
Where to Stay: Address Sky View for skyline drama or One&Only Royal Mirage for beachfront luxury with a more relaxed vibe.

7. Athens

A visit to Athens is rite of passage in your lifetime. As the birthplace of Western Civilization, it’s one of the most historic cities in the world.
Walking through Athens means passing ancient ruins on your way to coffee, rooftop bars with Acropolis views, and some of the best food in Europe. The Acropolis anchors the city visually and emotionally, but the real magic is how modern Athens pulses around it.
It’s also your gateway to my favorite place in the world…the Greek Islands. From Athens, you’ll find an extensive network of ferries and island-hopper flights to reach dozens of gorgeous islands in as little as 30 minutes.

Easy Day Trips: Delphi, Cape Sounion, Hydra Island, or Meteora by tour.
Pro Tip: Time your Acropolis visit for early morning or late afternoon, then head to a rooftop bar in Plaka or Monastiraki afterward.
Where to Stay: Electra Palace for Acropolis views or The Foundry Suites for spacious apartments with a stylish, neighborhood feel.

8. Bangkok

Bangkok is exhilarating, overwhelming, and impossible to forget. It’s a city of contrasts where golden temples sit beside neon-lit streets and quiet canals cut through the chaos.
The colorful Thai capital was a fixture on my 10 Round-the-World trips, I visited on 9 out of 10 RTW trips. It was the perfect place to decompress for a few days mid-trip in a budget-friendly, yet luxurious hotel.
Bangkok is also one of the world’s great food cities. Street stalls, night markets, rooftop restaurants, and late-night eats are all part of daily life. Add in buzzing nightlife and historic temples and Bangkok is easily one of the best destinations in Asia.
Not to mention the perfect jumping off point for terrific islands like Phuket, Koh Samui, and Koh Lipe (just a few of my favorites!).
Easy Day Trips: Ayutthaya, Damnoen Saduak floating market, or the Maeklong Railway Market.
Pro Tip: River taxis along the Chao Phraya River are a terrific (and dirt cheap) way to get around the city and avoid the hectic Bangkok traffic.
Where to Stay: The Siam for riverside elegance or The Sukhothai Bangkok for a luxurious garden oasis in the middle of the city.

9. Edinburgh

Edinburgh feels like a city pulled straight from a novel. Dramatic landscapes, medieval streets, and a skyline dominated by a castle set high on volcanic rock.
The Old Town and New Town offer two completely different personalities, both worth exploring. Add historic pubs, moody weather, and a rich literary legacy, and Edinburgh becomes one of Europe’s most atmospheric cities.
It’s especially magical at night, when the crowds thin and the city leans into its darker, more mysterious side.
Easy Day Trips: Scottish Highlands, Loch Ness, Stirling Castle, St. Andrews, or Dunnottar Castle.
Pro Tip: Walk the Royal Mile early in the morning before tour groups arrive.
Where to Stay: The Balmoral for classic luxury or Hotel Indigo Edinburgh for a boutique stay close to the action.

10. Reykjavík

Reykjavík may be small, but it packs a surprising punch. This colorful capital blends creative energy, Viking history, and some of the best nightlife in the Nordics.
By day, it’s cafés, museums, and striking modern architecture. By night, the city comes alive with live music, late bars, and an infectious sense of fun. It’s also the perfect base for exploring Iceland’s dramatic landscapes.
Few capitals feel this distinct, and that’s exactly why Reykjavík earns its spot on this list.
Easy Day Trips: Golden Circle, Blue Lagoon, South Coast waterfalls, or Snaefellsnes Peninsula.
Pro Tip: Visit a local swimming pool or hot pot. It’s where Reykjavík really comes to life.
Where to Stay: Sand Hotel for a central, design-forward stay or The Reykjavik EDITION for modern luxury.

11. San Francisco

San Francisco is instantly recognizable. Rolling hills, pastel houses, foggy mornings, and one of the most iconic bridges in the world.
But beyond the postcard views, this is a city packed with character. Diverse neighborhoods, historic cable cars, and a food scene that rivals any major city make it endlessly engaging.
From waterfront walks to late-night dining and live music, San Francisco balances natural beauty with urban edge in a way few cities can.
Easy Day Trips: Napa Valley, Sonoma, Muir Woods, or Half Moon Bay. If you have a few extra days to spare, the iconic Pacific Coast Highway drive is a must.
Read More: The Perfect 5-Day Pacific Coast Highway Road Trip (24 Awesome Stops!)
Pro Tip: Skip driving when you can. Walking or using public transit lets you actually enjoy the city’s hills and views.
Where to Stay: Hotel Drisco for a quieter, upscale stay or Hotel Adagio, Autograph Collection for a stylish downtown base.
12. Auckland

Auckland is where urban energy meets raw natural beauty. This waterfront city stretches across volcanic hills, with harbors on both sides and nature never far away.
The city itself offers great food, lively nightlife, and easy coastal escapes. If you have a few extra days, venture north to the Bay of Islands.
Like Sydney, Auckland also has a bridge climb (I’ve done them both). But because this is New Zealand, you can end your climb by bungee jumping off the top (I chose to skip that part!).
But what really sets Auckland apart is how quickly you can swap city streets for vineyards, black-sand beaches, or lush countryside.
It’s one of those cities that works just as well as a base as it does a destination.
Easy Day Trips: Waiheke Island for wine tasting, Piha Beach for dramatic coastline, or Hobbiton for a full-on Middle-earth moment.
Pro Tip: Take the ferry to Waiheke Island. It’s one of the easiest and most rewarding day trips in New Zealand.
Where to Stay: Park Hyatt Auckland for harbor views or Hotel DeBrett for boutique charm downtown.

13. London

London is endlessly layered. Historic and modern. Polished and gritty. Familiar yet constantly surprising.
From royal landmarks and world-class museums to buzzing neighborhoods and legendary nightlife, London delivers no matter how many times you visit. Every area feels like its own small city, each with a distinct personality.
London also happens to be one of the best-connected cities in the world for day trips, making it a dream base for exploring beyond the capital.
Easy Day Trips: Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, Oxford, Bath, or the Cotswolds.
Pro Tip: Use the train. England’s rail system makes day trips fast and easy.
Where to Stay: The Savoy for timeless luxury or The Hoxton Holborn for a central, modern stay.
14. Cape Town

Cape Town might be one of the most visually dramatic cities on Earth. Mountains, beaches, vineyards, and a vibrant city scene all collide in one unforgettable setting.
Table Mountain dominates the skyline, but the city’s appeal goes far beyond its looks. There’s incredible food, a growing nightlife scene, and a lively waterfront hub at the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.
A poignant visit to Robben Island is a must. Cape Town is also one of the best cities in the world for scenic day trips.
Easy Day Trips: Cape of Good Hope, Boulders Beach penguins, Stellenbosch wine country, or Chapman’s Peak Drive.
Pro Tip: Plan a clear day for Table Mountain. Visibility makes all the difference and the “Tablecloth” is a real thing.
Where to Stay: The Silo Hotel for jaw-dropping views or Ellerman House for refined luxury.
15. Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires feels European at first glance, but it has a rhythm all its own. Grand architecture, leafy boulevards, and a nightlife scene that starts late and goes later.
This is a city built around food, culture, and conversation. Steak dinners stretch for hours. Tango spills into the streets. Neighborhoods like Palermo and San Telmo each bring their own vibe.
Buenos Aires also offers easy escapes beyond the city for a change of pace.
Easy Day Trips: Tigre Delta for river life or Colonia del Sacramento in Uruguay for a charming cross-border getaway.
Pro Tip: Adjust your schedule. Dinner before 9 p.m. is considered early here.
Where to Stay: Alvear Palace Hotel for classic elegance or Home Hotel for a boutique, local feel.
16. Tokyo

Tokyo is unlike anywhere else. Ultra-modern and deeply traditional, meticulously organized yet endlessly stimulating.
One moment you’re navigating neon-lit streets and high-tech train stations, the next you’re standing quietly at a centuries-old shrine. Add one of the best food scenes on the planet and nightlife that spans everything from tiny bars to massive clubs, and Tokyo becomes unforgettable.
It’s also an excellent jumping-off point for iconic Japanese sights just outside the city.
Easy Day Trips: Mount Fuji, Hakone, Nikko, or Kamakura.
Pro Tip: Don’t try to do everything. Pick neighborhoods and explore them deeply.
Where to Stay: Aoyama Grand Hotel for serene luxury or Hotel Groove Shinjuku for location and style.
17. Paris

Paris earns its 5-star destination reputation. It’s boldly beautiful, endlessly cultural, and built for long days that turn into late nights.
From iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and historic neighborhoods like Montmartre to candlelit bistros and stylish cocktail bars, Paris delivers at every pace. You can spend the morning in the Louvre, the afternoon wandering along the Seine, and the evening lingering over French wine well past schedule.
It’s also one of the best cities in Europe for historic day trips beyond the city.
Easy Day Trips: Versailles, Giverny, Champagne, or the Loire Valley.
Longer Day Trips: Normandy and Mont Saint Michel.
Pro Tip: Skip peak museum hours and explore neighborhoods like Le Marais or Saint-Germain instead.
Where to Stay: Le Meurice for classic elegance or Hotel Dame des Arts for views and location.
18. Seoul

Seoul is electric. Fast-moving, stylish, and deeply rooted in tradition, it’s one of the most exciting cities in the world right now.
Ancient palaces sit beside futuristic architecture, while street food stalls thrive just blocks from Michelin-starred restaurants. The city’s nightlife is legendary, stretching from sleek cocktail lounges to buzzing neighborhoods that don’t quiet down until sunrise.
Easy Day Trips: Visit the DMZ, Nami Island, Suwon’s Hwaseong Fortress, or a short train ride to Busan.
Pro Tip: Explore by neighborhood. Each one has its own personality, food scene, and rhythm.
Where to Stay: Four Seasons Seoul for luxury and location or Hotel28 Myeongdong for a central, modern stay.

19. Prague

Prague feels like stepping into a fairytale that somehow stayed real. Gothic towers, cobblestone streets, and a skyline that hasn’t changed much in centuries.
The city is compact and incredibly walkable, which makes exploring easy rather than exhausting. Add affordable food, lively beer halls, and a buzzing nightlife scene, and Prague becomes much more than just a pretty face.
It’s also a great base for exploring central Europe beyond the city limits. In fact, when we lived in Germany, Prague was one of our favorite easy weekend getaways.
Easy Day Trips: Kutná Hora, Karlštejn Castle, or Český Krumlov. and the UNESCO spa town of Karlovy Vary.
Pro Tip: Walk the Charles Bridge at sunrise for the best experience.
Where to Stay: Aria Hotel Prague for luxury or Hotel Pod Věží for charm near the Old Town.

20. Singapore

Singapore is sleek, modern, and remarkably efficient, but it’s far from boring. This city blends cutting-edge architecture with deep cultural roots and one of the best food scenes on the planet.
You’ll move from futuristic skylines to historic neighborhoods and hawker centers serving legendary meals for just a few dollars. Don’t miss Merlion Park, the city’s most Instagrammable spot.
By night, rooftop bars and waterfront views take over. Sipping a Singapore Sling at the iconic Long Bar at the Raffles Hotel is the ultimate Singapore must-do.
Singapore also makes it easy to add nearby countries to your itinerary.
Easy Day Trips: Sentosa Island, Johor Bahru in Malaysia, or a short flight to Bali or Phuket.
Pro Tip: Don’t skip the hawker centers. They’re UNESCO-recognized for a reason.
Where to Stay: Marina Bay Sands for iconic views or The Fullerton Hotel for history and location.
21. Seattle

Few cities are more spectacular in the summer months than Seattle. The city balances coffee house culture with dramatic natural surroundings better than almost any city in the U.S.
Seattle delivers great restaurants, an excellent live music scene, and panoramic Puget Sound views. But what really elevates Seattle is how quickly you can escape into nature without giving up the comforts of a city base.
It’s the perfect destination for big city energy with easy access to the outdoors. If you have a few days to spare, don’t miss a trip by ferry to the gorgeous San Juan Islands (one of my favorite places in the world!).
Easy Day Trips: Mount Rainier National Park, Snoqualmie Falls, or Bainbridge Island.
Pro Tip: Plan outdoor excursions around weather windows. Clear days are worth waiting for.
Where to Stay: Thompson Seattle for Puget Sound views or the Ändra Hotel Seattle for a luxe boutique vibe.
22. Rome

Rome isn’t just beautiful. It’s overwhelming in the best possible way. Ancient ruins, Renaissance art, lively piazzas, and some of the best food on Earth all compete for your attention.
History here isn’t limited to museums and monuments. It’s layered into daily life, often quite literally beneath your feet. And when the sun sets, Rome shifts gears into aperitivo, long dinners, and late-night strolls.
Rome also happens to sit at the center of some of Italy’s most iconic destinations.
Easy Day Trips: Florence by high-speed train, Naples, or Pompei.
Pro Tip: Pace yourself. Rome rewards slower travel more than packed itineraries.
Where to Stay: Hotel de Russie for refined luxury or Hotel Artemide for comfort and location.

23. Barcelona

Barcelona is a city that knows how to live well. Architecture, beaches, food, nightlife — it all comes together with traditional Spanish flair here.
Gaudí’s whimsical buildings give the city its signature look. A visit to La Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, and La Padrera are must-do’s. But Barcelona’s appeal runs deeper than colorful landmarks.
Neighborhoods hum with energy, tapas stretch late into the night, and the Mediterranean is always within reach. Take a stroll down Las Ramblas, the city’s famous tree-line boulevard, and discover a city that feels social, vibrant, and endlessly enjoyable.
Barcelona is also a popular launching point for Mediterranean cruises.
Easy Day Trips: Montserrat, Sitges, or Girona.
Pro Tip: Eat late and lean into it. Barcelona’s dining scene really comes alive after dark.
Where to Stay: Hotel Arts Barcelona for views or H10 Casa Mimosa for style near La Sagrada Familia.
24. Rio de Janeiro

Rio de Janeiro is pure drama in city form. Mountains plunge into the sea, beaches curve endlessly, and the city pulses with rhythm and color.
I was lucky enough to run 26.2 miles around this city when I ran the Rio de Janeiro marathon a few years back. I doubt there is a more beautiful marathon course on the planet.
Iconic sights like Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain deliver unforgettable views, but Rio’s soul lives in its music, beach culture, and nightlife. Days revolve around the city’s two iconic beaches, Copacabana and Ipanema. Nights revolve around samba, cocktails, and late dinners.
Easy Day Trips: Tijuca National Park, Niterói, or Petrópolis.
Pro Tip: Catch sunset from Sugarloaf Mountain for one of the best city views in the world.
Where to Stay: Copacabana Palace for classic glamour or Hotel Fasano for sleek beachfront luxury and jaw-dropping Ipanema views.
25. Brussels

Brussels often surprises people — and that’s part of its charm. Elegant architecture, grand squares like the gilded Grand Place, and a food scene that is more than just mussels and waffles (though those are pretty fantastic!).
The city balances historic beauty with a laid-back, local feel. It’s easy to explore on foot, dotted with cafés, chocolate shops, and beer bars that invite lingering.
Brussels also shines as a base for exploring some of Europe’s most beautiful small cities.
Easy Day Trips: Charming Bruges, lively Ghent, or stunning Dinant.
Pro Tip: Skip tourist menus and seek out neighborhood brasseries for the best meals.
Where to Stay: Hotel Amigo, a Rocco Forte Hotel for the perfect Grand Place location or Hotel Made in Louise for boutique charm.

26. Munich

The heart of Bavaria, Munich blends old-world tradition with modern polish. Historic beer halls, elegant squares like the Marienplatz, and green spaces sit alongside cutting-edge culture and nightlife.
The city feels refined but relaxed. Locals gather in beer gardens, stroll through expansive parks, and take pride in traditions that still shape daily life.
We lived just outside Munich for 3 years and visited regularly. Especially during Christmas Market season and in late September, when the city comes alive for the annual Oktoberfest. If you’ve never been, this is one experience that should be on every Travel Bucket List.

Munich also makes an excellent jumping-off point for some of Germany’s most famous sights.
Easy Day Trips: Neuschwanstein Castle, Salzburg, or Dachau Memorial Site. If you have more time, a visit to Rothenburg ob der Tauber (Germany’s Christmas village) is worth the trip.
Pro Tip: Visit a beer garden during the day. It’s more about atmosphere than drinking.
Where to Stay: Bayerischer Hof for classic luxury or Hotel Torbräu for central charm.

27. Stockholm

Stockholm is my favorite Scandinavian city. Spread across 14 main islands and waterways, it feels open, calm, and beautifully designed.
Head to historic Gamla Stan for postcard-perfect streets, while modern neighborhoods bring cutting-edge food, fashion, and nightlife. The city strikes a rare balance between beauty and livability.
It’s also one of the best capitals in the world for nature-filled escapes just beyond the city.
Easy Day Trips: Stockholm Archipelago, Drottningholm Palace, or Uppsala.
Pro Tip: Take the ferry between islands. It’s practical and scenic.
Where to Stay: Grand Hôtel Stockholm for views or Ett Hem for boutique luxury.
Which city is next on your Bucket List?
There’s no single definition of beauty when it comes to cities. Some win you over with ancient history. Others with skyline views, food scenes, nightlife, or the way they make you feel while wandering without a plan.
What all the cities on this list have in common is that they stay with you. They’re the kind of places you think about long after you’ve unpacked your suitcase.
I’ve been lucky enough to visit every city on this list, and I love them all for different reasons. Some are cities I’d happily return to again and again. Others feel like once-in-a-lifetime experiences you never forget.
If you’re building a travel bucket list centered around culture, history, and incredible food, these are the cities worth adding to your travel plans this year.
