21+ Awesome Holiday Gift Ideas for Women Who Love to Travel✈️🎁

Looking for the perfect gift for the woman who loves to travel? After years of globetrotting, I’m sharing all my favorite travel essentials!
Shopping for gifts for women who travel isn’t always straightforward.
Life on the road looks different for us. We juggle looking polished after a red-eye, staying organized in tight spaces, and feeling comfortable no matter where we land. That means the things we pack need to pull their weight.
After visiting more than 175 countries across all seven continents, I’ve learned what seasoned female travelers actually rely on. These are the items that make airport days smoother, hotel rooms feel more like home, and long trips a little more comfortable.
This gift guide highlights thoughtful gifts for her that balance practicality with a hint of indulgence. Each item is something I personally own and use.
Note: This post may contain affiliate links. If you choose to book through these links, I receive a small commission, which I will undoubtedly blow on more flights (it’s a vicious cycle). All of this internet voodoo takes place at no additional cost to you.
Some solve real travel headaches. Others add small moments of luxury that make the journey more enjoyable.
You’ll find options at different price points, so there’s a good chance you’ll spot something perfect for the holiday season, a birthday, Valentine’s Day, or even Mother’s Day. And because easy shopping matters, everything here is available on Amazon.
If the woman in your life is always packing a bag, these ideas help her stay comfortable, organized, and confident on the move.
Now, let’s get to it!
Before the Trip: Planning & Inspiration 🗺️📍
For many of us, the joy starts well before takeoff. These gifts for women spark inspiration and make planning easier.
1. LEADO Candle “She’s Planning Another Trip”
This lavender candle sets the mood for planning that next big getaway. It’s a fun, thoughtful pick for the woman who always has one eye on her passport.
And as someone who is always planning my next trip, I can certainly relate to this sentiment!
2. Leather Passport Holder Wallet with RFID Blocking

Security is paramount for female travelers and for all that globetrotting, an RFID blocking wallet is a savvy gift. Stylish and secure, it shields credit cards from skimmers, adding an essential layer of protection for the woman on the go.
Available in a variety of fun, colorful designs, these wallets blend functionality with fashion.
3. Clever Fox Travel Journal & Travel Planner Organizer

This genius planner helps her map itineraries, budgets, packing lists, and more. It’s the perfect gift for the woman looking to build her own Travel Bucket List and plan the trip of a lifetime around the world.
It includes sections for planning your itinerary and budget, safety tips, helpful travel info, common phrase translations, and even a packing list. In addition to the travel planner, a leather-bound travel journal is a terrific gift for frequent travelers who like to document their travels in a more personal way.
Two of my favorite travel journals are the Lined Journal Notebook (pictured in red above) and the Page-A-Day Artisan Travel Journal (pictured in tan above). Just $10 on Amazon for either one.
4. Seasons Comfort 100% Cashmere Wrap

Nothing says travel luxury quite like a cashmere wrap. It’s the perfect cozy companion for the airplane and looks stylish throughout your trip. When fall comes around, I take mine everyone.
There are plenty of options in this category but mine is the Season’s Comfort wrap in the color “grey foy.” It literally goes with everything.
5. Vintage Travel Stamp & Personalized Luggage Tags

These luggage tags add a little personality to her suitcase and make spotting her bag quick.
The vintage stamp style feels nostalgic and the customizable options let her add a personal touch.
There are SO many options to choose from in this category but two of my favorites are the Vintage Travel Stamp luggage tags (pictured on the left) and these Personalized Luggage Tags that come in a variety of styles and colors (the pink one pictured on the right is my favorite option).
Both come in a set of two and add a little glam to a plain old boring suitcase.
6. Natural Amazonite Stone Compass Bracelet

This natural stone bracelet with a silver compass charm makes a sweet, meaningful gift.
Lightweight and understated, it works with most outfits and adds a subtle reminder of her love for exploration.
7. Airplane Sideways Choker Necklace

This sterling silver airplane necklace is a chic way to show her travel spirit. The adjustable chain lets her style it as a choker or a delicate everyday necklace. It’s a feminine, budget-friendly piece and I get compliments on mine all the time.
8. Vlando Travel Jewelry Case

Women on the move know how easy it is to lose tiny pieces. This versatile jewelry case keeps everything organized so necklaces don’t tangle and earrings stay paired.
I don’t typically travel with much jewelry and that’s what I love about this travel jewelry organizer. When I’m just travelling with a few key pieces, I can take out 2 or 3 of the small pouches and just travel with those.
For a longer trip, when I may bring more options, I often pack the whole thing.
On the Plane ✈️
Whether she’s in row 42 or first class, these gift ideas will help her travel in comfort and luxury in-flight.
9. Ostrichpillow Go Neck Pillow

I don’t sleep on planes because I just can’t manage any sleep sitting up. My husband is the opposite, he can sleep anywhere. But the one travel pillow we both love is the Ostrichpillow.
The unique ergonomic design gives my head 360-degree support and the memory foam material is soft and comfortable. I also love the removable cover for easy washing between trips.
And though it seems huge when you’re wearing it, it compresses to 60% of its size and packs neatly into a black drawstring bag with a D-ring so it’s easy to attach to your bag.
10. Bose QuietComfort Ultra Bluetooth Earbuds + AirFly

As a woman, I have never been fond of over-the-ear noise canceling headphones because most don’t fit comfortably over earrings. That’s why I love these noise-canceling earbuds from Bose.
Comfortable and compact, they’ll keep her world quiet and her carry-on lighter. I pair mine with the AirFly Bluetooth Wireless Audio Transmitter Adapter that connects my Bose earbuds (or AirPods) to the plane’s entertainment system wirelessly.
The AirFly plugs directly into the in-flight entertainment system so I can watch movies without dangling cords tethering me to the seat back in front of me.
This powerful combo has become one of my in-flight essentials, especially for long flights.
11. DROWSY Silk Sleep Mask

I know plenty of women travelers who swear by a good sleep mask but I freely admit I’ve never been much of a sleep mask person. I just don’t like sleeping with something on my head.
The DROWSY sleep mask changed my mind. It really is that good.
It truly does block out all light and feels soft and luxurious on my face. The only downside for travelers is the size, it is pretty thick (which is what makes it so great for sleeping). I’ve gotten to where I use this every night at home and take it with me on longer trips.
But for shorter trips, I do prefer the more compact size of my 2nd choice sleep mask (which is next on this list!).
12. Mulberry Silk Sleep Mask

While the DROWSY sleep mask is my all-time favorite, this silk sleep mask is a close second and has a smaller footprint for travelers.
It’s a slimmer, more packable option yet still feels soft and luxurious. For shorter trips, this is the mask I throw in my backpack for the plane or my hotel room.
13. Luxurious Cloud Socks

These might be the softest socks I’ve ever owned. When she’s on a long flight and trying to get some shut-eye, these super cozy Cloud Socks will keep her feet comfy and warm when the cabin gets chilly. They make a thoughtful and handy gift for any woman who loves to travel.
14. La Chatelaine Hand Cream Trio Tin

Long travel days can dry out skin fast. These rich, moisturizing hand creams are perfect for long flights and dry hotel rooms.
The family-owned La Chatelaine brand has developed a bit of a cult following after launching to fame on Oprah’s Favorite Things List in 2018 and 2019.
The tins are available in multiple styles and colors, the lotions are made using organic ingredients, and this set contains Gardenia or Coconut Milk, Orange Blossom, Oud Rose scents.
During the Trip 🌏🧳
Once the adventure begins, the right gear can make all the difference. These gift ideas help her look good, stay organized, and move comfortably from city strolls to beach days.
15. Apple AirTags or Samsung SmartTags

I rarely check bags. But when I do, you can bet I always have an Air Tag inside my checked bag. Nothing says peace of mind like knowing where your luggage is at all times.
These tiny gadgets keep tabs on personal items so she can track her belongings through the “Find My” app. Both practical and stylish, they slip seamlessly into her arsenal and are sure to earn you a heartfelt ‘thank you.’
Even when I don’t check bags, I keep one in my purse and one in my backpack at all times. We’ve also used them on the kiddos during family trips in crowded places.
Apple enthusiasts will, of course, prefer Apple AirTags. But as Android people, my husband and I have the Samsung SmartTags (with the multi-colored Protective Anti-slip Soft Silicone Cases pictured here, they come in a 4-pack).
Whichever phone brand the travel loving woman in your life prefers, Airtags are a thoughtful gift for the traveler who hates losing things. Make lost luggage a thing of the past!
16. Numoya Go Brush Pro

I have long hair and keeping it under control when I travel has always been a struggle. And then I discovered the brilliant Numoya Go Brush.
This handy heated styling brush is compact, lightweight, cordless, and rechargeable, so it’s easy to throw in my purse or backpack. It’s perfect for refreshing my hair after a long flight or a day at the beach.
It’s also ideal for international travel since it recharges via USB and doesn’t need a separate charger and adapter.
17. EPICKA All-in-One Universal Travel Adapter

When it comes to travel adapters, I’m not a fan of the kind with multiple moving parts that can easily get lost leaving you unable to plug in on an entire continent. Instead, I prefer a simple, all-in-one adapter like the Epicka.
Not only does it work in more than 150 countries, but it also has 4 very handy USB ports on the side which make it exceptionally functional for charging my phone, laptop, and iPad all at the same time. I also love the sleek case that keeps it safe in my suitcase.
18. JISULIFE Handheld Fan Pro

I never considered traveling with a handheld fan because everyone I’d ever tried just didn’t really work. And then I found this one. While it’s a tad bit heavy, this little fan puts out some serious air for up to 15 hours.
Whether she’s standing in a long line at Disney World or wandering the sweltering streets of Bangkok, this travel fan is worth its weight in gold. I can also tell you from personal experience that it will stand up on its own on a bedside table if you’re in a hotel room without air conditioning.
It has multiple speeds and includes the USB A to USB C cable, so she can charge it easily with a regular USB socket, laptop, power bank, or car charger (no additional charger required).
19. Waterproof Wet Bag for Swimsuit

Trying to catch one last swim in the ocean before your flight home? This waterproof wet bag is a great addition to the frequent traveler’s arsenal. It keeps wet swimsuits contained and protects the rest of her suitcase.
It comes in 20+ cute designs and colors but I love the one I have in teal with the sea turtle.
20. “I Haven’t Been Everywhere” Cosmetic Bag

This fun gift is an easy win. It’s inexpensive, multi-functional, and sure to make her smile.
Made of a waterproof material and linen, this cute travel makeup bag is one of my favorite things in my suitcase. It’s large enough to hold makeup, brushes, wipes, and more. The quote, “I haven’t been everywhere but it’s on my list” makes me smile every time I pull it out of my suitcase.
Because I say that all the time!
21. Travel-Size 12-Pack Soy Wax Candles

These tiny, travel-friendly scented candles are a fun way to make her hotel room or vacation rental smell a little more like home. They’re easy to pack and come in a variety of pretty designs and a range of scents. I almost always have one of these in my suitcase.
They’re small enough that they won’t set off a hotel smoke detector (that would be bad!) and come with a handy cover for extinguishing the flame and safe packing.
22. Vlando Viaggio Small Jewelry Case

Vlando makes the cutest and most functional jewelry cases and in addition to #8 above, this is my second favorite travel jewelry organizer. It rolls up small to fit easily in your suitcase and keeps her jewelry organized and safe.
I love to use this for a long weekend trip to easily organize 3 days of jewelry.
23. Aromatherapy Shower Steamers

These shower steamers are one of my favorite ways to destress after a long flight. Inside the box, they are individually wrapped with a variety of relaxing botanical aromatherapy scents like jasmine, lavender, chamomile.
I always throw a few in my bag when I’m time-zone hopping. Once I’m at my hotel, a nice hot shower with one of these perks me right up for a day of exploring. They’re the perfect way to shake off jetlag on her next adventure!
