Yes, I’m still on a Europe kick…today, it’s the magnificent Italian island of Capri and its lovely and colorful harbour, Marina Grande Capri! It’s been two summers since my last visit (an all-too-short day trip while cruising the Med) but I still smile when I think of Capri. From the brightly-colored boats lining the Marine Grande Capri in this photo to the hilltop town of Anacapri, this island just oozes Italian seaside charm. Though it’s just a painless 40-minute hydrofoil ride from Naples, it seems like a world away from the fast pace and traffic of the city. It’s honestly hard to comprehend just how much beauty there is in this part of the country. Capri Italy is yet another jewel in the crown of the Amalfi Coast, it’s the kind of place you could spend a day or a lifetime.
