I’d never really experienced Colorado as a tourist before, just business trips to Boulder for football games.
So this past weekend was a great opportunity to see all that the summer months have to offer in the Rocky Mountains. While attending the annual Travel Bloggers Exchange (TBEX) conference at Keystone Resort Colorado, I stayed at the lovely Keystone Lodge & Spa at Keystone Resort.
With peaks soaring to over 12,000ft, the Keystone Resort area is home to three mountains and six neighborhoods, each with numerous options for dining, lodging, and activities in any season.
I would imagine the winter months bring throngs of skiers to its 20 lifts and 3,000+ skiable acres but the quieter summer months offer hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, and a multitude of other activities for families and adventure enthusiasts alike.

I loved the sunshine and warm weather on the mountain in June but I look forward to going back someday to try out the ski season!
