The cliffside town of Ana Capri
Our cruise ship stop in Naples was one of my favorite days of the trip. We hopped a ferry out to the beautiful island of Capri and spent the afternoon wandering around the cliffside town of Ana Capri. The town is accessible by a long winding road or a short funicular ride straight up the mountain. We chose the funicular and were rewarded with amazing views over the harbor on the ride up. After exploring the scenic viewpoints from Ana Capri we took the funicular back down and capped off our day with gelato by the harbor. It was the 4th of July (the first one I’ve ever spent overseas) and Capri ranks as my 4th favorite stop of the trip.
