Well, after 11 days of work in Vegas I’m off for a little R & R!  A long day of flying today but I am finally right here in Waikiki Beach.  Looking forward to a few days on the beach, a couple of long training runs in preparation for my next marathon (just a little over two weeks away…yikes!) and, of course, a few sunset Mai-Tais thrown in just for good measure.  E-mail checking will be at a minimum for the next few days…
